Shipping Policy

Every order is printed to order in our own shop, then packed and shipped from our building. Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Standard shipping (U.S.)	3–5 business days
Total, order to doorstep	about 1–2 weeks

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. We don't ship internationally yet, but we hope to soon.

Shipping costs. Rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free within the U.S.

Orders with several items. We pack your whole order together and ship it in one package whenever we can. If an item needs extra time, we may send it separately, and you still pay shipping only once.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your package shows delivered but isn't there, email support@thatssoboulder.com and we'll sort it out.

Address errors. Please double-check your address. We can't cover reshipping for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

All items will be shipped within (7) seven to (10) ten business days.
